Why your EPC matters for grants

Your EPC rating is the key that unlocks government energy grants. Properties with lower ratings often qualify for more funding — a poor rating is actually an advantage when it comes to grants.

Lower rating = more funding

Government schemes prioritise the least efficient homes, meaning E, F, and G rated properties can access the most generous grants.
